Gentlemen and any ladies who would like to post on the subject

This has been something that has perplex me for ages.

Why do some men definitely prefer lacy panties over plain and why do some men absolutely prefer lacy g-strings over lacy panties

Anyone out there who can help put a girl out of her misery because most men I talk to can't give an honest answer! :O

Depends on the person wearing them!! I don't think Jo Brand would look sexy in either type of the underwear mentioned, whereas Tara Fitzgerald would look great in either.

All done in the best possible taste thought

As one of the aged educated in a time of dictionaries ink and pen.
What is a taste thought?
Keeping within the thread, lacy and delicate or plain is okay, provided the skeleton of the wearer, is not excessively loaded with meat and fat.
Meanwhile the country resounds to the sound of many exercise video tapes, carpets being pounded and awful children pining for the videoplayer and television..

Had this been a kilts v dinner suit thread then I'm sure you would have resisted the call for a photo comparison.........?????

I do assure you that I am a gentleman of the old school i.e. will always hold the door open for a lady, will give up my seat on the train for the elderly and have even been known offer my taxi to a lady in the rain.

It doesn't stop me from being cheeky though !!!!:D

Lacy distracts ones focus from all the bits that one likes to see. You want him looking at you and admiring your body, not the well intricate woven wonders of weaving!

Its like lying awake on a bed looking at a ceiling that has intricate patterns on it. You'll never rest well. Now do the same where the ceiling is minimilist et al. You'll be dozin' off in no time like a baby on gripewater.

But be warned, there are all sorts of plain underwear out there. One doesn't want to wear grandma plain. Ones that have silly patterns/lines/floral/buttons/ sow-on-thingies on them.

Instead rather opt for something taut yet comfortable with no patterns. It must also be smoove to the touch and show off those curves and bumps ya got in all the right places.

Allow the looker to create an image of all the bits that the nicks are covering.

WRT g-string or "non" g-string, well this is where practise has taught one that when gettin' down to the buss it's easier to remove said string outta da way wit one finger dan fightin' wit her ta get her mighty fine lookin' legs outta dose da#n nickers.

Thus, therefore and ergo (ooops again) when one does get involved wit a lady den she can be expecting a whole new ensemble of g-string nickers to be worn henceforth to circumvent ANY distractions that can easily be prevented with g-string nickers.

PS: oh do, please do consider going commando too?

I've eaten some really delicious food in a field, but somehow its still better to have it well presented in a fancy restaurant.

Soft silk, satin bows, lots of lace and frills. Sexy top with buttons you can loosen one at a time to reveal the next tasty morsel, until finally you reach the main course. Yum,yum! What's for dessert.

Definitely a frillies man I am.

And std, the question isn't so much whether an older guy like me can keep up with a twenty three year old, but can a mere lass of twenty three year keep up with a crafty, energetic old lech. Experience counts too, you know... ;)

Dear Shortand..

I think on the whole I prefer lacy as it definitely has that lovely feminine quality sure to get the pulse racing! not too much into G-strings, do women really wear them that much day-to-day?

I have had both short and tall women as girlfriends who wore lacy panties and in my opinion both body types looked equally wonderful; fundamentally it is really about the woman underneath (and getting to the woman underneath!).

I am afraid you won't ever really get much sense out of men on this issue, especially in the flesh so to speak, since our IQs tend to drop into single figures when confronted with the actualite. In fact even if ones girlfriend is not really doing much or even just getting ready to go to work, and she is wearing panties like that, it is then MANDATORY to wrestle her back onto the bed and...etc.. :E

In summary, short or tall, there are plenty of young minxes out there more than willing to take advantage of the typical pavlovian male response to these garments (myself included).
Such is the way of the world and who am I to argue? Ah, I shall just have to lie back and think of England (or the EU, or something..).

Flug

PS. "Sexjet69" sounds like a good name for a new Low Cost Carrier to me; at least better than "Ryanair", and more risque than "Easyjet". Will they be wearing lacy panties too?

I cant possible think of any young filly who has ever made too much fuss nor comment on which if any undergarments i have chosen to wear?

How does the shoe fit on the other foot?

As to the request a few posts back for opinions as to whether said garments look better on the tall or small lady; thats totally wearer dependant.

After all, how could you chose between some leggy teutonic statuesqe blonde (Claudia perhaps), and the small but perfectly formed (ah, Kylie:D )

My guess is that you liked what you've seen before knowing it. There's no need to feel ashamed of those contradictory feelings.

Who knows fella, you may be right. Sad to say, the real girlie's were the ugly one's, the stunners were all blokes :{

If we ever meet over a beer, I'll pass on the rest of that dit.

Kaptin M - you kill me :} :} :} my stomach still aches of laughing so much (people at the office think I'm on prozac overdose)

I've reminded me the "Life of Brian"'s scene where the roman soldier was correcting the author of bad latin graffities! :} :ok: :E :8

I need a vacation (sigh)

Ah. Kaptin, believe me, my geography is pretty good - though I was a dumb engineer, not a nav..

For one, the Bugis street, Singers, know it, was there not that long after us brits almost completely pulled out of sembawang dockyard (sad day)

The reason the nickname carried on to Honkers (where we DO still go fairly reguarly) was because of a certain 3 streets that now go under the collective name of Bugis street (as in corruption of bogus) because they are full of bogus females.

There is also a "Bugis" just over the border in Spain, from Gib, (though the younger ranks - 18/22 just call it bogus) so nicknamed because of all the houses of ill repute on it, only one contains real, natural born females - the other two houses ladies owing a helluva lot to medical procedures (not that you'd guess; trust me, they are so cute they make you question what you THINK you know!)

Happy now, or shall I send Kodaks of my smiling mug on the Hong Kong ferry to satisfy?

Oh, and sorry about the spelling mistakes in the previous posts; they obviously make me a bad person, but then I dont thump a keyboard for a living so i'm hardly in practice (do I get a gold star from your pwetty flag if my grammer, punctuation and spelling are correct?)

Glad your back mate; good to see you have the nads to put your hand up after a public incident like this - I reckon there's a lot of gobby know it all's on here would have slunk off for months if it had have been them...

Little Eagle is continuing his standard "babe" and "dude" prose with one hand on the keyboard and the other one busy elsewhere. Why don't we just leave these two kids to each others fate?

My chick will have something to say about that no doubt!

Dolphins - STD is not me, have been informed by a babe that STD is a dude. (sorry if you guys don't llike the way a yank expressises himself I will speak the queen's english for you just like me mother taught me!)

Naah, it's just a grumpy old man expressing his disapproval and rolling his world weary eyes at the youth of today. Babes, chicks, dudes, lots of hints about sexual prowess etc etc.

Don't take any notice of me. I'm impressed that you are still around and particularly that you didn't delete any of your posts. That would have been the first thing some would have done.

Hang in there, err, dude! :ok:

Never thought you were STD Little Eagle; pretty obvious the way you fell for it.

Good to see you back mate, and sorry about the Brit sense of humour, all my Yank mates struggle with it as well.:p

Well I think it's terrible that he tried to cheat on his girlfriend with 'me' (as a lady that is).
I love and respect my wife so wouldn't dream of cheating. Besides she'd kill me.
The youth of today have no morals.
