Happy New Year to all.
I need some help. Wg Cdr Geoff Dobson retires from the RAF early this year and will be dined out here in Turkey on 17 Jan. I need some stories on Geoff, the taller the better, from anyone who has known him. Geoff joined the service as a boy entrant on a date he will not reveal and has, since commisioning, been a supplier. I do know that he served in the Falklands as a Flt Lt and, I believe, was OC Supply at a certain base when a well known senior officer was refurbishing his quarters to a very high standard; he has also served fairly recently in the USA.
Although there are only a handfull of us here at present we hope to give Geoff the send off he deserves and any help would be greatly appreciated. Please PM me, or send to [email protected]
