Obviously we don't want to disclose too much due to security, but just one quick question.

Did Blair use a BA aircraft to get to Iraq today?

Only a little bit showing on the news, but I think it was a C-17

Bomber Blair probably went to Iraq to get away from the bad reception he gets in the UK these days.

His mission seems to be to save the whole world whatever the cost. No British Prime Minister in History has started so many military conflicts around the world to further his cause.

He was also keen to get out of UK the day that Bonkitt's (David Blunkett) Nannygate enquiry was being published.

Amazing to hear that 20 (yes 20) civil servants, normally sticklers for the detail, all had a total blank on the events in April.

you can be certain they would not use a BA acft...just imagine what the freedom fighters would do,seeing a giant union flag-adorned aircraft waft in over Baghdad...theyd whip out their shoulder-launchers faster than you could say "allahu Akhbar!".:}

(no offence meant to any side...war is madness anyway!)

Not sure how he got there but late news last night showed him getting back by what looked like a BA 777!

Yup, BA9133 flew TLV-LHR last night with the PM aboard, I assume thats how he got out to the region, and was then transported around it by the RAF.

....looked like there were some spam AH64's in attendance as the Puma delivered him into the Green Zone in Baghdad.
