Instrument Rating renewal

Any advice please on the place, in UK, to do the cheapest Instrument Rating renewal (Aeroplane). Unemployed pilot so need to watch the pennies.

Flightpass at Exeter do renewals from £290, which I think includes a practice session beforehand. Their website is www.flightpass.co.uk
