Explorer refreshing

Problem with internet explorer. When I log onto some web pages I get the message that the page can not be displayed. When I press refresh, the page appears normally.

IE 6, broadband connection, no other problems noted,

Er, don't worry about it?

Alternatively, if you really want to know what is going on:

(1) Find out exactly what proxies are sitting between you and the sites in question.

(2) Get network traces of the HTTP traffic at as many points of the chain as you can get at whilst trying both the failed and the successful page load.

(3) Post the answers here and someone will guess what further information it might be helpful to ask you to look for next.

Probably quicker and easier to just not worry about it.
