Hello everyone,

After a short experience in the US as a second pilot on a piper Chieftain flying cargo, I came back to UK to convert my licence into a JAA one, as anyone else, I kept sending resumes but ...:( What is the best way to get an interview with small operators flying cargo in Europe? and with no type rating but ready to finance one, what are the chances?

thank you for reading and if you have time, drop me a line!

Happy flying!

Two things

Firstly have your brain removed.

Secondly buy 10 yards of black material to wrap around yourself as you hang upside down in the wardrobe during the hours of daylight.

Having started over 30 years ago hauling freight for the military, I've often wondered (when watching another dawn breaking) how I got into this.

You still have time (to get a proper job!)

If the first item above has been achieved, it's more likely that you are well qualified and sheer dogged persistence will be your greatest asset.

Just keep trying.

And be aware that it IS possible to sleep in beds at NIGHT even though it's an odd concept.

Best of luck (please excuse the humour, but it's possible its just raw cynicism)

;-)
