....................first! Have a good time.

Please don't forget that the party starts at 4:30. Mulled wine and mince pies are available for a couple of hours.

You will be given the usual ID - this time with a mark thereon that will allow you buy draught beer at 10% discount all the time you are there - or until the bar closes. The bar will close at a time TBA for 30 minutes ONLY for night audit. Then will re-open again. All payments are cash or room only.

Please ensure that you book your room if you are staying.

Dinner is planned to start at precisely 7 pm. There is a fork buffet and will (I hope) satisfy everyone's needs. There will be a table available to order your own wine for your table.

People complained about the length of the Raffle. I agreed with them. So....we will not have so many prizes this time but the quality of them I trust should help you to support it the way you always have. There are no guests this year, all of you are the guests.

There will also be a small auction. (This and the raffle is the only way I get more money for the fund!) But we will try to avoid taking up too much of your time. One of these items is the whole collection of Pilots licences for 'Bee' Beamont from the day he joined the Royal Air Force until the day he left us. There are one or three other items that should be of interest also.

The NEW badges and PPRuNe gear will be on sale in the foyer when you check in. Please buy! :{

The band will commence playing for all the dancers from 9pm to 12 midnight. These muscians play for many of the big bands so I think we are in for a bit of fun.

Please remember to wear your ID at all times.

I wish you a very good evening. I can feel the fun now.

IFR

IFR - I know you've said that the party starts at 1630, but could I just add that often there are people around from a lot earlier. I'm hoping to get there around lunchtime...

AerBabe, you can come when you like as you always do. The partying, or more especially, the mulled wine and mince pies, are dished up at 4:30. And OzX is absolutely right of course :{

Ah Sue, there you are. I expect we will SEE you anyway - as every year!;)
