View Full Version : Putting a default line into emails

Hi,

Am running full office 2000 in Win2K SP4.

This is probably a stupid question, but after perusing numerous menus I can't figure out where the function is, or what it's called...

I'm looking to attach a "signature" to my emails by default that states a legal disclaimer, i.e "this email is intended for blah blah and should be returned to yada yada" in order to make myself look half professional rather than the joker I am :-)

Software is a real weak point for me, and I have no idea what the function is called, or how to access it, can anyone give me an idea?

Thanks

edit: I use standard Office 2000 Outlook rather than Express.
