What do you think about the atpl scheme of ctc?
what do you suggest me to do it?
cos with astraeus how many hours on b737 you do ? they help you to find a work?? (global aviation...)

I would have a shot at CTC selection! It involves no money up front, (apart from the bond which is paid back over a few years) and its a quick way to the RHS.
Astraeus do not guarantee a job offer at the end of line training nor do they pretend that they offer the pilots jobs. Most of the time it does what it says on the tin - 100 hrs line training, then using your CV (+hopefully you'll have networked a bit by then) sending skills start applying for jobs!
There are various threads running on Astraeus and CTC just do a search.

Stage 1 - Application
Stage 1a - Short Essay questions
Stage 2 - Aptitude + group discussion (£164.50!)
Stage 3 - Interview + more group stuff
Stage 4 - Sim Check
