Can anybody recommend any aviation medicals doctors in the Brisbane area that can do all testing for a 5 yearly medical on sight so avoiding then having to book in else where for ECG’s etc. and can do a quick turn around in the one session.

Try Dr Alan Sutch at Garden City Shopping Centre, Mt Gravatt. He's a top bloke & from memory has all the gadgets for ears, eyes, blood tests, ecg etc. Ph. 33431344. He's the nicest medico I've dealt with anywhere.:ok:

Dr. Robert Thomas - Jindalee Medical Centre is very good. They have all equipment needed for class 1 medicals, excluding blood tests which can be obtained just down the road at the pathologists. (Just remember, if your planning to do it all in the one day the blood test requires 12 hours of fasting prior.) Cheers.

To ensure no blood has reached your alcohol system :ugh: !
They check your Cholesterol & Glucose...so stay off the grog, sugar and fatty foods for a few days.

Do any of you guys & gals out there know how far in advance of your medical expiry date you can sit the medical to renew?? :ouch:
You should really know that yourself without asking! So, why don't you just go and look it up, or do you want us to do that for you?
