Hi folks,

I´m more a reader than a poster, and today I post some sad news...

Earlier today, while starting her take-off roll on another cargo flight out from Manaus, PP-BSE sustained heavy damage due the RH MLG leg rupturing through the wing(!)

This veteran is sadly most probably a write-off, and for those not aware, this particular 707 is (was) the record holder for flight hours, with more than 100.000 hours logged.

I was lucky enough to have a jump seat ride on her, a few months ago, between POA and GRU.
