Thinking Pilot

Before this goes further, can you clarify the following post by you in the 'NT News Article' thread?

THANKS WOOMERA
WOOMERA - Thank You.

Now lets see. Sourcing aircraft means a company will operate more aircraft, which in turn means a company will need more pilots. So next time I post looking for an aircraft go for it guys bag the sh*t out of me, get the thread locked, just means I don't find more aircraft and don't need more pilots. Oh well makes life easier I suppose.

HA...

From how I read it - it appears that you are the little leprechaun himself or are posting for him.

If that is the case then you should have a good idea of what is happening at NAC.

Maybe the head knock you got in the crash has caused some (further) mental trauma - hope you found your hat after the crash, it was a good look.

Does anyone know for sure whether he is still able to hold a Class 1 and AOC?

It was funny reading your bus passengers' quote in the paper - 'I don't want to say any more in case I say the wrong thing' too late...

Keep going nac pilots - he can't stall at paying the award for much longer.

Whos got the goss on NAC,

Looks like the NT NEWS

Northern Territory News , 15-10-2004 , Ed: 1 - , Pg: 005 , 181 words , NEWS
A Territory businessman who left the scene after crashing his mini-van has been summonsed to face traffic law charges. Airline owner Stefan Wood, 31, crashed the van, towing a trailer, and it overturned on Tiger Brennan Drive on September 24. He went...

And T P, you have completely confused the f*ck out of me with your reply to Equatorial. Did HA high-jack your name or are you just fishing for info on his behalf?

Not having a go at you, just confused. Are you intimate with HA or just living together. Be who you want to be mate I guess.

I find it funny that HA / TP is pointing the finger at ppruners for hanging sh*t on him for what happened, losing aircraft and thus potentially reducing pilot numbers - how dare you blame others for the direct results of your own decisions - if the bus had rolled toward oncoming traffic, losing aircraft would be only a small part of your present problems. Lucky your bus passenger carries his own 'air bag' under his shirt.

News is that 2 MORE aircraft have left the nac fleet, is that one Baron remaining now? I guess the aircraft owners read the papers and pprune. If only you had paid for a taxi.

How is that xmas party shaping up - plenty of cordial on tap? Will the NT Police be getting an invite?

Equatorial,

"News is that 2 MORE aircraft have left the nac fleet"

From my memory HA has quite a few 310's, PA31s, C402 aircraft at his disposal so me thinks quite a few more aircraft would have to go before he was in trouble.....

SO what is the go at the moment? HAS NAC been able to lower GA conditions to a new level?

especially, a flatterer of princes and great men.

Prince, of thieves maybe going by his last publicized picture (but Robin Hood didn't steal from the poor and give to the rich)

Great men. Well we all know what a great man he has been of late. A real sybarite.

T P, you may have to spell it out to us. Can you start being syllogistic. One might say your being tautological (thought I'd move on to the 'T' section in the dictionary):8

Adapted from the controversial business plan by Stefan Wood Crash will either repel or amaze you, with little or no room for a neutral reaction. The story is perfectly matched to the artistic and intellectual proclivities of director Steve Bolle who has used the inspiration of Wood's business plan to create what critic John Hardy has described as "a dissection of the mechanics of pornography". Filmed with a metallic colour scheme and a dominant tone of emotional detachment, the story focuses on a close-knit group of pilot's who have developed a sexual fetish around the collision of aircraft. They use aircraft as a tool of arousal, in which orgasm is directly connected to death-defying temptations of fate at high speeds. Wood wrote his business plan to illustrate the connections between sex and technology--the ultimate postmodern melding of flesh and machine--and Bolle takes this theme to the final frontier of sexual expression.

Not to be missed

I'm sure that alot of you will share my concerns;

It seems that thinking pilot may have gone mad. (Or maybe he just has the hots for HA!)

Love him or hate him, as part of this lovely pprune community I think we should all do our best to help him.

Any suggestions?

Not sure it's too serious. Think he might be just a little bored since he's just copied out the review on the back of the 1997 movie Crash and replaced JG Ballard (author), D Cronenberg (director) with HA etc plus one or two other little changes, read automobiles instead of planes for example. Very funny anyway!

Good onya Killer Loop, got it in one

No malice intended at all towards anyone in particular.

Yes I am a fan of JG Ballard, and Crash in particular.

I see that Pearl aviation are advertising their corporate cessna citation charter service in the Darwin newspaper. The ad says that it's the only local corporate jet available for charter in Darwin.

Anybody know if the much lauded NAC citation is still operating with the company? What went wrong there?

Pearl have had their citations for years and while mainly based in Perth, have been used out of Darwin previously. Their site advertised the availability of the citations or the turbo props from any of the Pearl bases.

NAC's citation was still sitting on the tarmac as of today (thurs 26/10/04)....
