Really stoooooooopid ending, typical american shyte. Don't know why Bruce Willis wasn't cast. BurndenCrashed 28th Oct 1999, 15:59 Ending will make you throw up!!! Last heard of at EGGW. Big cheese in GATCO. His "yellow peril" must be as thick as a telephone directory. Hey, Mike are you out there? PPRuNe Radar 2nd Nov 1999, 01:48 Thanks ATCO Two, I knew that, just teasing :) A word of advice for all Forum members, remember though not to drop Danny (or the rest of us in the crew) in it with any slander or libellous statements. Otherwise I'd have to revise on the procedures for locking someone out of the forum and I hate studying the books ;) ------------------ PPRuNe Radar ATC Forum Moderator radar@<hidden> [This message has been edited by PPRuNe Radar (edited 01 November 1999).] atco_uk 3rd Nov 1999, 21:00 Surely, Mike B. deserves a forum of his own! Sunday Times perhaps? Waldo Pepper 4th Nov 1999, 03:23 I think its about time the work of the ATCO was given a bit of the ol' Hollywood glamour. The pilots have had it their way long enough. My only worry is that the film portrayed them all as egotistical ******s whose confidence far exceeded their abilities.Thankfully, however,it was made clear on numerous occasions that the flight crew contribution to air safety is negligible. And the ATCOs got to wear the sunglasses. And a feather. |
