Flying school at Redcliffe shut down???

I was heard a rumour the other day regarding a flying school at Redcliffe losing its AOC and was unable to secure another AOC to work under, so the owner subsequently sold his aeroplanes and shut up shop.
Is this rumour ture? could some one ot threre shed some light on the subject?

I heard the other day that AAFT at Redcliffe is now owned by Arena at Archerfield.
