Geneva Airport closed today??

Just arrived from LSGG to LFPB, our other aircraft had a return trip, taxied out and was informed by ATC that Geneva was closed.

Any one got any details..?

A Swissair Airbus had a birdstrike. Stopped on the runway and was there for a while (I believe it had to shut an engine down and had to be towed off).
