I have just read on another website that the love of my life "Silly old Hector" (aka Belfast 9L-LDQ) is due to arrive in Malta on 23 Sep on her way to Valencia with a boat for the New Zealand Team.
It would be great to see the old girl back in Europe.

There was also a rumour that several people wre looking into the possibility of making GBEPS currently at Southend airworthy again. This was/is used as a souce of spares for GHLFT/9LLDQ.

During the summer there has been some work on the Southend Belfast. It is rumoured that it has been rewired. It is parked in an area where it is reputed to cost £50 per day so someone must have some intention for it.

I understand that it has not gone to Malta after all. Anyone know what happened, did it make Valencia?
