I think its just "Etihad" ?
which means unity in arabic. Nice airline :ok:

Nice colour scheme ? The A340 I saw yesterday had a brown tinge all over it that made it look filthy !

ah mate, now now, theres no need to be so rude about it. Incidentally if you read the arabic version of the name, you'd see that its just the good ol' fashioned t, and not the 'th'.
