From my point of view which is seen through the bottom of a bottle of Shiraz

**the best** is the availability of proper horseradish sauce for my tuna sarnies (not that girly creamy stuff like LATCC have)

**the worst** is that NATS didn't employ Feng Shui consultants when they did the design of the place....it's all wrong!

- I won't bore you all with the latter but it's quite worrying.

Worst thing about NERC was having to go there a few years ago & watch a lot of nothing not happening.

Best thing: if I'm lucky I might never have to go there again.

Best thing:

Some of the girly ACPOs are quite easy on the eye.

Worst thing:

T*sspot,numpty managers

Best thing: Not having to drive 70 plus miles down the motorway at 0530 hrs for a morning shift.
Worst thing: An ATC system that at best is inflexible and at worst unable to deliver as good a service as we currently provide at LATCC

Best thing: not having to get the CSC back from some distant part of the OPS room to do his job.
Worst thing: the appalling legability ( or should that be lack of ) of the displays.

Best thing - Catering staff all speak english although with an Ampsheer accent!

Worst thing - Totally inefficient and inflexible system.
