Looking for any info on nca. I have the basic contract details but wonder if anyone can give me an insight into what it is like to work for them, hours flown, trip lengths, allowances etc. also any info on the screening process.

Anybody got any experience of spending 5 months in Tokyo doing the full Japan ATPL licence because they will not convert any foreign licences ?
This is a requirement for joining All Nippon cargo for the Amsterdam contract.
Would appreciate any info on the course(s) , exam types etc.
