Conversin of Met Visibility, when can it be used and what are the criteria?

Conversion of MET visibility to RVR:
This is done for CATI approaches and Non-precision approaches.
Factors depend on day/night and approach/runway lighting.
You may not use this conversion for:
T/O minima
CAT2 or 3 minima
circling minima
when reported RVR is available
