Type rating or not

Hi, I'm a spanish pilot with an ATPL license and over 2000 hours of single engine airplane. I'm thinking to get a type rating on 737 or A320. I want to know how difficult is to apply for a job of FO and if the type rating could help me. The country does not matter to me.
