What about mothers and daughters?

I would imagine this would be a very rare occurance if it has even happened at all.

I once had a husband and wife flight deck on a UA flight DEN to SJC. In the usual naming of the flight crew they said the capt is capt....... joined by his wife....... as first officer...

The father and daughter combo on United - I actualy flew on a flight out of O'Hare where the captain introduced his FO as his daughter.
I remember thinking maybe the senior stewardess might be mum :p
