Any AC, Westjet, Canjet etc. people care to comment on the election spiels regarding the AC Public Participation Act (mandatory dispersed engineering, bilingual service, Head Office in Montreal etc.)?

Bilingual service would seem to be pretty logical to me.
If it makes economic sense to keep the head office in UL, why move it? I had a guy tell me, though, that the AC head office would remain in UL even if Quebec separated. He was cold sober when he said it.

Except if AC gets saddled with more Americans near the top end of the company and they move it to Windsor to be closer to home :D
