I know PakoSpain could answer this question, but as he has now retired perhaps someone else can reply.
Malaga (LEMG) is currently showing the following NOTAM:

FROM 04/04/22 00:00 TO 04/10/31 23:59
VFR FLTS NOT ALLOWED ON THURSDAY, FRIDAY, SATURDAY AND SUNDAY,
EXCEPT STATE ACFT, HOSPITAL FLT, AND SAR
---
This restriction to VFR flight during the busy months is an annual event. However, in previous years helicopters were always exempted by being included in the 'except' list.
Can anyone confirm helicopters are now not allowed, or has a mistake been made?
