New LGW based 757 for Summer 2005

Have heard news that a company called Pure are to be basing a 757 at LGW for Summer 2005.

Can anyone enlighten me or give any more info ?

Could well be it, Pure flights have Atol cover for approx 25k seats so I guess basing a 757 at LGW would suffice for their programme ?!?

At a guess will probably be a Finnair / Air Scandic B757 as Pure do a lot or work with Air Scandic.

Rentaghost is almost certainly correct. However, they've been talking about an LGW-based 757 for several summer seasons and it hasn't ever materialised yet. That said, there is a Scandic A300 at Gatwick for peak season this summer.

I belive the SCY A300 is now not being based at LGW for S05...Will remain at MAN
