wow. You need 1500 hours and an ATPL to fly a 206.

(assuming you'd get put into the smallest aircraft first).

Thats crazy.. go to Belize they'll take you with around 760hours

They can ask for that kind of time because they can get it.

Belize....what kind of license do you need to fly there?
Will they accept Aussies, or is ti for Canadians only?
What kind of Aircraft are we talking about?

I think they have FAA licenses, but not sure. Its a small carrier flying Caravans out of very small airfields.

Actually, 750 hrs is needed to qualify for a BZ CPL.
Direct entry for a 208 is 2500 TT
Time in type
No available Belizeans

Ex-pat might get a 172/207 position with 1000 if there are no available Belizean pilots.

No 747 classic's left here. The only operator of 747 is Air Canada and they are all -400's.
