Have a look at this page, it gives a list of most of the FAA Type ratings, and their costs.

I don't know of a JAR TRTO list as such

However, in the UK try GECAT at Crawley (Close to LGW) or Astraeus / Bond Aviation also at LGW. Both offer self funded A320 TR's.

Maybe you want to take a look to Jetlink. It´s advertised here on Pprune. They offer also 500 hours I think with Adria in Slovenia.
