Well there's not a lot of leisure/family travel from Belfast to the Teesside catchment area, especially on winter weekdays, the times are bad for business travel and going to get worse when the evening flight changes to early afternoon (at least at the moment you can go over after a workday, stay overnight, have your meeting the next day, and come home at the end of it), there's no day return possible, and they're squeezed between Easy at Newcastle and Jet2 at Leeds.

The BFS figures would tend to bear out what I've heard from various sources - of course, those in the know will tell us that yields are a more accurate reflection - however, if load factors continue at such low levels, one wonders how long before WW pull the plug on this route. Another option might be to get Air Wales to take over the operation under the alliance between the two operators - a smaller a/c like an ATR might work better on this route as it would on BFS - CWL which also has poor loads.

Or are bold and go for 2 flights a day to belfast. Plus results for march give about 49 pax per flight =37% not great but a slight improvement on jan figures. Give it a little more time.

The Belfast load factor is shocking. I can't see this route ever working to be honest and would expect to see it get pulled.
