Does anyone know of Cathay's hiring/selection process and what they look for? I've been given an application with reference number; does this have any real significance or is it just a method of keeping track of your progress. Its probably an age old topic, but it doesn't hurt to ask...

How did u answer that in your application form? How long did you wait after submitting your application before you got notify for an interview.

I am short sighted by 650 degree. can i still apply?
