Just out of interest can someone tell me what the 'SP' was on the recent incident when an Easy Captain offloaded a number of deaf passengers and what the reason was he gave.

I heard it had something to do with the fact that there were only a couple of people who could sign to a reasonably large group of deaf - don't take my word as gospel on it though!
There were concerns, and quite rightly so about what would happen in an emergency - obviously with regards to communication. If in doubt, go without I guess. :confused:
