Many people considers the 737 Type Rating courses, but what about the ATR? What do think, is interesting? There are a lot of ATR flying in Europe...

And what about the Danish Air Transport scheme?Has someone went through it?Got a job after the course?

Believe DAT stopped their First-officer scheme. They took some heavy flak for it, while starting up in Sweden. :ouch:

Not sure though!:hmm:

DAT indeed stopped their First-Ofiicer program..
Had them on the phone end of last year and they told me it was because of trouble with the unions..
They still offer TR courses and maybe overtake you for employement after, but there is no guaranty...

I was in contact with Danish Air Transport a couple of days ago and they actually still to the ATR Type Ratings. I've heard that they have hired apx. 50% of the people they have educated. Try www.dat.dk

I have heard they only hired 1. But hey - its a rumours network.
