Hi there,
I can't find quotes for less than €1,500 from DUB to PEI. Any ideas how to get there cheaply via any way?!

try aircanada.com, plugged in some test data and got 700Euro LHR-YHZ-YYG, YYG-YUL-LHR (once you select flight you can requote for Ireland pick-up and currency). Obviously you need to get LHR-DUB but bmi or aer lingus should sort you and transferring bags is unlikely to be a trauma. However, you will probably have to go thru customs at YHZ and recheck your bags for YYG.
Expedia.ca gives through flights for 1200 Canadian (abt 750Euro) out 26May via Halifax.
