As everybody know Easyjet has tried for over two years to improve its operations out of Paris Orly. At the end they were forced to split operations in both ORY and CDG because there weren't available slots in Orly.
After AirLib went burst, Easyjet got some more slots in Orly, but also the Italian low cost carrier Volareweb has got enought slots to have two daily flights to MXP and VCE and one to BRI.
Now from this summer Volareweb has these flights ex Orly:

MXP from 2 to 4 daily
VCE from 2 to 3 daily
BRI still 1 daily
FCO 4 new daily flights
BLQ 1 new daily
CTA 4 weekly flights
PMO 3 weekly
CAG 2 weekly

How they got all these slots??

I dont exactly how they got those slots.
But I know it s a lot easier to get them when you fly for Air France.
In the last round of reallocation(ex Air Littoral slot), Aigle Azur got the best piece of the cake. As a matter of fact they are going to fly Air France flight numbers.
Same for Airliner, which is not a subsiduary of Air France but flies for AF.
You probably know that half of people from the Cohor (official entite allocation slots in Paris) are actually Air France staff (paid by AF and lend to the Cohor).

There is no real competition in France. You have to live with it.
