Reinforced cockpit doors and means of surveillance

I'm looking for an English version of JAR-OPS 1.1255 and 1.735 (a) (dealing with the cockpit door issue) as I do believe some items may got lost in translation within some EU countries.
Can anybody provide the actual text?
