New Airline at E.M.A

Just been watching local bbc news this morning, and they say there will be an annoucement later this morning of details of a new airline coming to EMA which is going to make this its central operations for the U.K ....
Could this be the Ryanair thing ? or someone else ? anyone know

Transferring routes from BHX due to increase in airport charges. Only two BHX-DUB to remain.

Just found out theyare doing Gerona, Murcia and Dublin. good news for the Airport but we already do these routes, well bmi baby do, gerona is new i suppose......
May be they will bring more, lets hope
