Anyone got a list of flight schools (Europe/USA) that provide JAA FI rating?

The full list of UK-approved schools is here (http://www.caa.co.uk/docs/33/SRG_FCL_APPROVEDFTOS.PDF). I don't believe there are any schools outside Europe approved by any JAR country other than the CAA, so this is the full list for the US, although other states will obviously approve schools in their own country.
