BMI Baby has announced a new daily (7x weekly) scheduled service on the MAN-IBZ route, commencing 29 May 2004. Presumably this service will operate during Summer months only. Flights have already gone on sale priced "from £25.94 one-way including taxes and charges."
This means that BMI Baby will have an additional three departures per day ex-MAN this Summer, compared with the current Winter programme. Daily services to CDG, BOD, JER, NOC and IBZ are introduced, whilst ORK drops from twice daily to once daily and the seasonal GVA service is "rested." A MAN-based fleet of 4x B733's will operate the full programme, effectively doubling Baby's presence at the airport since Summer 2003 season.
