This text is from a very reputable industry source:

[British Airline Management, a subsidiary of operator Flightline, operating under a separate (African?) nationality’s AOC takes delivery October/November of 3 x BAe 146 aircraft for use in the charter market. These aircraft will be available in 81-seat airliner and 41-seat VIP configuration for anticipated service mainly in Africa north of the Zambezi. The initial aircraft is expected to be based at Maghreb. A further 3 more BAe146s are anticipated in early 2004 (www.britishairlinemanagement.co.uk)]

.. makes a nice change from Aberdeen I suppose, anyone know anymore ?

I understand that British Airline Management (http://www.britishairlinemanagement.co.uk) are sourcing crews for this operation. They are looking for 146/RJ type rated crews but not cabin crew. PM or e-mail me for more information.
