Can anyone tell me approximatly how much fuel, an A330 will uplift for a trip from Newcastle to Sanford, Florida?

Not the full naswer you are after as I dont fly that route but - ball park figures for the Trent772 A330-300 are:
Climb: 6000kgs (30mins)
Cruise: 5000kgs/hour
Descent/Landing: 500kg
Plus:
a. Fuel for an alternate airport
b. contingency fuel (normally 3-5%) *
c. 30 mins holding/reserve fuel (2500kg) *
d. any extra fuel for known problems on that particular route eg: ATC, weather, approach procedures
* These figures with vary by company rules/orders.
