Why not just settle this once and for all? You chaps with Moderator's privileges run Neotrace, or whatever fancy software you use, tell us who this nasty little sh*t really is and then we can all stop fretting about who it may be.

It's up to Huggy whether or not he decides to return. Personally I would rather front up to an agressor, but we all handle aggro differently.

This is not political, religious or antagonistic. Just an appeal for a return to a nicer kind of Jet Blast.

HOVIS, on each of the "Come back Huggy" and the "Go away Moritz Suter" threads a post appeared asking for the moderators to close it. The poster was someone by the name of "Nexus". Low and behold, as if by magic, the quickness of the hand deceives the eye, both topics were closed. After they were closed, the posts by "Nexus" disappeared.. .Unfortunately, not quickly enough for one or two to notice that the email for "Nexus" was pprune_radar@<hidden>! That email address rings a bell somewhere - now where have I heard it? <img src="confused.gif" border="0"> :) <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

I think you'd be surprised with how many people are fed up with the continuous toeing and froeing on this subject. Both sides have made their points, both have become entrenched, and neither thread was going anywhere, except as vehicles for people to add their tuppence worth to the already well established positions.

Not sure that publishing the identity of someone sits nicely with the ideals of PPRuNe, even if we could obtain it. In the interests of fairness we would surely have to give the IDs of everyone else who contributed out as well ?? No matter which side they are on. Then you could all meet in a big playground somewhere and fight it out <img src="wink.gif" border="0">

I echo the call to go back to the JetBlast of old !!!

Fair comment, but there is a limit to how far pure nastiness should be allowed to contaminate this website.

Those that know me should understand that I’m a pretty tolerant chap, but it does seem to me that the sole purpose of MS’s posts is to wind people up. Nothing wrong with that if it’s ‘banter’ – the mil boys are mesmerisingly good at that – but this is just plain nasty.

In my book, it should be three strikes and then you’re either out or reveal your true identity – anything else is cowardice.

I see that some would honour Moorish Sutra with the title of Windup Artist. The essence of a true wind-up is that the victim(s) should not notice that it is a wind-up and Motley Suited certainly gets a few people going. That doesn't qualify him for the title though, for there are just as many who don't fall for it as those that do. Morris Stuter lacks subtlety.

I'll be impressed when he pulls off a true wind-up, one that catches ALL posters to the thread and which they discover too late. Now that would now be really difficult, for everyone can already recognise him.

I said much the same thing that IFR said, but on another thread. So what happened? It was just as if I hadn't posted anything at all. Everyone just kept the whole thing going, making MS post yet again, thereby upsetting them even further.

There's no shame in just giving up. I have no intention of ever responding to anything that MS, whoever he/she is, says. I'm convinced that I'll live a longer and happier life that way.

However, he never admitted to the kidnap and murder, but was, nonetheless, executed for it.
