In August of 2003 I obtained a final judgement on my lawsuit against Tim Pacini of Aerial Messages, whereby I was to be reimbursed the tuition fees I paid him.
Tim Pacini has been in total non-compliance with this judgement stipulation, showing me nothing but the back of his middle finger. Me, and a growing number of students, from around the world, ensnared by his trap. Some of the stories that come up on a simple google search of "aerial messages" about this outfit are truly shocking.
How is it possible for this man to continue to hurt people and ridicule the legal system with total impunity?!
This man ought to be stopped!
