Solo authorisation form

Hello all!

I've been instructing at weekends now since April and at last I'm beginning to get some solo sign offs, although at the rate I'm going it will be the end of next year before I get them all! :{

I've been informed that there is a CAA form on which you list all your sign offs. I've had a look at the Belgrano web site but am afraid I can't locate it. Does anyone know exactly where it is?

must admit how your meant to know what a instructor form 2 is i don't know.

Of course your supervising instructor should have told you all this, as he has to sign it, and make the recomendation.
