I'm just wondering, how do you professional/airline pilots get rostered? Can you bid for which days you want to fly? or which route you want to fly? How does it work? Do you get your preference all the time? Do you fly say 4days have 3 days off and fly again...i'm just curious to how this system works...any guys have any information to share
