I saw a good idea in theFlitejobs.com Forums. It was suggested that a topic be dedicated to the posting of jobseekers details on a separate forum. It could be incorporated in PPrune. The suggested columns were as below.

NAME: (first name suffices)
TOTAL FLT TIME: (No P51!)
LOCATION:
LICENCES:
AIRCRAFT: (No C172 or PA28!)
OTHER: (Any additional relevent info)
EMAIL:

The prospecive employers could then contact the applicant directly.

Pprune is a discussion forum, not an advertising board. There are already many perfectly good flightcrew recruiting and placing services available on the internet; the management see no need for Pprune to join them at the moment.
