If for instance the right engines bleed valves fails to open is it still possible to get bleed air to the right engine anti ice valve....is it supplied from a diiferent point?

It is supplied straight from the high stage. On the -50 it's from the 10th stage. So as long as the engine is turning and burning you've got bleed air for the anti-ice, regardless of the bleed valve position.

On the -80, nacelle anti-ice is available if the PRV can be opened. If the PRV is automatically closed because the HP bleed valve fails open, the start valve fails open, or a duct overheat is detected, nacelle anti-ice is not available on that engine.
