Leasing an ATR-42

Anyone help me with a couple of questions, namely:

Roughly how much does it cost to dry-lease an ATR-42

and

What's the cost of a slot at London City these days?

-300's going for 40-50 thousand USD per month for the oldest versions, 45-70 USD for the newest ones.

-500's 65-115 thousand USD per month

Why are you thinking of leasing one for a month or so?

It's not on a monthly basis that we would look to lease, but need to know a 'ball-park' figure so I can start working on some costings.

We are conducting a prelim investigation into feasibility at the moment.
