the nnc tells us to maintain either vref15+15 OR vref-ice+5 OR min maneuver speed during a n-1 go arround before using more than 15 deg aob.
Which min maneuver speed is this, and are we supposed to maintain this if it is higher than the other 2, or can we just take our pick?
