I just wish to express my sincere thanks and admiration for the ATCO on duty at Farnborough Radar between 1300 and 1400 local for giving me such professional, calm and generous help during my first solo navex and first solo R/T experience. WW to Marlborough (er, supposedly) and back. Thanks again for making it a much less daunting experience; I certainly feel more confident now getting in touch with ATC, and promise to get to grips with the correct phraseology. :O

I presumed that all ATCO 1's walked funny. Because given the chat you ATCO 3's say about them, they all have their thumb up their arse most of the day.
Or have I got it wrong again and its SATCO's who have their finger up the bum most of the time?
