Downloading Outlook Express 5.5

I have a Windows 95 / Pentium I but I like to upgrade on an OUtlook Express 5.5 mainly to receive the received/ read nodification - an option not available on outlook express 5.

Does anyone know where I can download this verision. I visited the Microsoft page but only Outlook 6 exists and it runs on Window 98 that I don't particularly want to install it on my computer.

Any suggestions?

I believe it's a component of IE 5.5 SP2.

You might still be able to download it, then update, it from Microsoft, using the link here (http://www1.sympatico.ca/help/Software/IE55.html) or here (http://helpdesk.uvic.ca/how-to/support/win95/msiexpl.html). Depends if they're still supporting the download from their site.
