EGCC Airfield Operations Dept

Currently looking at the possibilty of a slight career change. I was wondering if there was anyone out there who may be able to tell me exactly what the job entails and the name of the Operations Manager if possible!!!!

I do have an airside pass so if anyone would like to invite me for a visit that would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

If you do have any info please either post here or email to

[email address]

I imagine that it entails the same as every other operations job - keeping the airfield running smoothly.

Thanks for the reply but I was hoping for something more specific!!!!

Do they do runway inspections, marshalling etc?

What training/Experience do you need?

Also does anyone know what sort of money they are paid?

Cheers
